The Strategy & Transformation Senior Specialist is responsible for supporting the execution of strategy and transformation initiatives by conducting analysis, preparing deliverables, and contributing to the development of strategic solutions. The role operates at a strong execution level with increasing ownership of workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
Support the delivery of strategy and transformation workstreams across client engagements.
Conduct detailed research, benchmarking, and data analysis.
Develop high-quality presentations, reports, and supporting deliverables.
Translate data into structured insights and actionable recommendations.
Assist in developing operating models, frameworks, and transformation roadmaps.
Support client meetings, workshops, and presentation preparation.
Track project progress and maintain documentation and updates.
Collaborate with senior team members to ensure timely delivery of outputs.
Contribute to problem-solving and analytical tasks within projects.
Support continuous improvement of internal methodologies and tools.
Requirements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
3-6+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, transformation, or business analysis roles.
Experience in consulting firms (Big 4 or equivalent) is a plus.
Strong analytical and research capabilities.
Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills.
Good understanding of business strategy and transformation concepts.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-based environment.
