The Strategy & Transformation Associate Advisor is an entry-to-mid level advisory role supporting the delivery of strategy and transformation projects. The role focuses on research, analysis, and assisting in the development of strategic outputs under the guidance of senior team members.
Key Responsibilities
Support the execution of strategy and transformation workstreams.
Conduct research, data gathering, and benchmarking activities.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and client deliverables.
Support analysis of business problems and development of structured insights.
Contribute to developing slides, dashboards, and supporting materials.
Assist senior team members in client workshops and meetings.
Help track project progress and update relevant documentation.
Translate raw data into basic insights and structured outputs.
Support internal coordination across project teams.
Participate in knowledge sharing and internal learning activities.
Requirements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
2-5+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, or business analysis roles.
Internship or experience in consulting firms (Big 4 or equivalent) is a plus.
Strong analytical and research skills.
Good communication and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment.
