The Strategy & Transformation Advisor is responsible for supporting and contributing to the design and execution of strategic transformation initiatives. The role focuses on delivering analytical insights, supporting strategy development, and assisting senior stakeholders in implementing transformation agendas.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development of strategy and transformation initiatives across client engagements.
Conduct research, benchmarking, and data analysis to support strategic recommendations.
Assist in developing operating models, roadmaps, and transformation plans.
Contribute to preparing client presentations, reports, and strategic deliverables.
Support senior team members in stakeholder engagements and workshops.
Translate data and insights into structured and actionable outputs.
Assist in monitoring progress of transformation initiatives.
Support problem-solving and structured thinking across project workstreams.
Participate in client meetings and support documentation of outcomes.
Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
5-8+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, or transformation roles.
Experience in consulting firms or advisory environments (Big 4 or equivalent preferred).
Strong analytical and research skills.
Good understanding of strategy development and business transformation concepts.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-based environment.
