• Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage complex landscape engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to design intent, budget, and schedule.
  • Develop and review comprehensive Landscape Design plans, including hardscape, softscape, and water features, ensuring innovative and sustainable solutions.
  • Oversee the implementation of advanced Irrigation Systems, guaranteeing efficiency and water conservation.
  • Conduct thorough Material Selection, ensuring the highest quality, durability, and aesthetic appeal for all project components.
  • Implement stringent Quality Assurance protocols, conducting regular site inspections and generating detailed Snag Lists to ensure impeccable standards.
  • Apply principles of Value Engineering to optimize project costs and enhance overall project efficiency without compromising quality or design.
  • Manage and supervise on-site teams, contractors, and consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Prepare and review technical specifications, tender documents, and project reports.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant environmental regulations and safety standards.
• Skills & Technologies:
  • Deep expertise in Landscape Engineering principles and practices.
  • Proven proficiency in Landscape Design software and tools.
  • Extensive knowledge of Irrigation Systems and water management.
  • Mastery of Material Selection for diverse landscape applications.
  • Strong capabilities in Quality Assurance and site supervision.
  • Experience in developing and resolving Snag Lists.
  • Demonstrated ability in applying Value Engineering methodologies.
