Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the inspection, monitoring, and operational management of oilfield surface facilities and production systems.
- Oversee the operation and maintenance coordination of crude oil processing units production wells, water injection wells, and related ancillary facilities.
- Coordinate with the Development Department to support well opening, well shutdown, and various wellhead equipment operations.
- Ensure safe, stable, and efficient operation of field facilities in compliance with company operational and HSE standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry, preferably in field operations or production facilities management.
- Strong knowledge of oilfield production operations, surface facilities, and wellhead systems.
- Excellent English communication and technical writing skills.
