Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Heliopolis for a Business Development Engineer specializing in urban planning. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting market research, and preparing proposals. The Business Development Engineer will collaborate with internal teams to develop projects, manage client relationships, and identify growth strategies. Additionally, the position entails crafting compelling presentations, attending meetings, and ensuring the successful acquisition of new contracts.

• Proven experience in New Business Development and identifying growth opportunities
• Excellent Communication and relationship-building skills
• Sales and Business Development expertise, with a demonstrated ability to achieve targets
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Urban Planning, or a related field
• Prior experience in construction, urban planning, or related industries is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and business analysis tools
