Our client is a Tel Aviv-based digital technology group with established operations across Israel, the US, Europe, and Asia. This role sits within a newly launched consumer finance comparison division — a strategic expansion into a new vertical for the business.

About the Role

A fully behind-the-scenes, individual contributor role with broad ownership. The successful candidate will use AI tools to produce and distribute daily content across all major social channels, grow an audience from zero, and make personal finance content genuinely engaging. Impact is measured in numbers.

Key Responsibilities

• Channel Launch & Management — Set up and brand accounts from scratch across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), Telegram, and any emerging platforms with meaningful reach. Own setup, bio copy, branding consistency, and ongoing day-to-day channel management.
• Daily AI-Powered Content Creation — Use AI tools across text, image, and video to produce a consistent daily content cadence. Formats include Reels, Shorts, carousels, text posts, infographics, and animated clips — selected intentionally by platform, not by default.
• Omni-Channel Distribution — Build and maintain an automated publishing workflow that adapts content for each platform and publishes on schedule. Distribution is treated as a system to design and maintain, not a daily manual task.
• Trend & Virality Strategy — Stay ahead of trending formats, hooks, audio, and cultural moments, and apply them to personal finance content in a way that serves the brand. Trend-led, not trend-chasing.
• Performance Tracking & Iteration — Track organic reach, follower growth, and engagement rate across all channels. Report regularly, identify what is working, and use data to shape creative decisions.
• Community & Engagement — Monitor comments, mentions, and DMs using AI-powered social listening tools. Draft and queue responses via AI, flag priority interactions, and identify recurring sentiment patterns. Engagement is managed as a consistent, scalable system.

Your Profile

• Genuinely active on social media — aware of what is trending before it peaks
• Hands-on experience managing multiple platforms simultaneously
• Already working with AI tools in a content creation context — fluency expected, not curiosity
• Familiar with scheduling and distribution tools (Buffer, Later, Publer, Zapier, or equivalent)
• Ability to make personal finance content feel accessible and worth sharing — not dry or corporate
• Self-directed, accountable, and proactive in flagging issues
• Data-aware: tracks performance metrics and acts on findings

Advantage: Prior experience in fintech, personal finance content, or comparison/affiliate platforms
