We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team on a permanent basis. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives, specifically within the FMCG sector.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
• Oversee all aspects of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with local labor laws.
• Provide expert guidance and support to employees and managers on all HR-related matters, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance improvement.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement using HRIS systems.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, in collaboration with the finance department.
• Stay informed about changes in labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risk within the FMCG context.

Required Qualifications

Experience & Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong preference for experience within the FMCG industry.

Skills

• Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies.
• Expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of compensation and benefits practices.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis.
• Solid understanding of labor law and its application.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Strong conflict resolution abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with payroll processing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a multinational FMCG company.
• Fluency in Arabic, both written and spoken.
