Role Overview
Diyar Roaa is seeking a high-performing Saudi Sales Representative with a proven track record in real estate development and housing projects. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, while building lasting professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Handle clients from initial interest through to closing the deal.
- Sales Presentations: Provide accurate, comprehensive sales offers including specifications, options, timelines, and costs.
- Relationship Building: Develop and manage a strong network of clients, developers, suppliers, and brokers.
- Omni-channel Follow-up: Engage prospects via field visits, phone calls, emails, and digital channels.
- Data Integrity: Document all interactions and activities accurately within the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in real estate development sales and housing projects.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of real estate processes, financing terms, contracts, and regulations.
- Soft Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to provide customized solutions.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools, presentation software, and data documentation.
- Work Ethic: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet targets with high integrity and transparency.
- Nationality: Saudi Nationals Only.
