Role Description:

We are currently looking for a Technical Architectural Team Leader to join our team in Cairo.

This role is ideal for a Senior Architect with strong leadership capabilities, advanced Revit expertise, and solid experience in multidisciplinary coordination, with a keen interest in BIM workflows.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Revit, including modelling, detailed drawings, family creation, and full project documentation.
• Proven experience in architectural coordination with Structural and MEP disciplines, ensuring fully integrated and clash-free designs.
• Ability to review BIM models, detect and resolve clashes, and maintain high-quality coordinated deliverables.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, detailing standards, and execution methodologies.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage architectural tasks, guide junior engineers, and ensure team productivity.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary project environments.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Senior-level experience (minimum 6+ years, with proven project leadership exposure).
• Software proficiency: Revit (Expert), AutoCAD (Very Good); Navisworks is a strong advantage.
