Site Leader Full Time NEW

 Job Summary:

The Site Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the site and ensuring smooth workflow across all operational activities. This role focuses on leading the team, maintaining operational efficiency, achieving KPIs, ensuring compliance with company standards, and driving a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise day-to-day site operations.
• Lead, motivate, and support operational teams to achieve targets and maintain high performance.
• Monitor operational KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as HR, IT, Finance, and Transportation to resolve operational issues.
• Handle manpower planning, attendance, shift management, and task allocation.
• Identify operational gaps and implement improvement initiatives.
• Ensure proper inventory handling, workflow organization, and operational accuracy.
• Escalate critical operational issues and provide timely solutions.
• Support onboarding and training for new employees.
• Maintain a professional and collaborative work environment.

Requirements:

•       Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
•      3-5 years of experience in operations, logistics, warehousing, or fulfillment.
•      Previous experience in team leadership or site supervision is preferred.
•      Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
•      Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
•      Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
•      Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational systems.
•      Fluent in English and Arabic is preferred.
