About The Role

A Marketing & Content Creation Intern will support the marketing team in developing and executing content and campaign strategies. The ideal candidate will be creative, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication and analytical skills. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work on content creation, campaign ideation, and marketing analysis while collaborating with multiple teams and gaining hands-on experience in real marketing projects that contribute to the company’s growth and presence.

• Develop and maintain a social media calendar by planning, organizing, and scheduling content aligned with brand identity and campaign objectives
• Develop TOV and write captions aligned with brand identity and campaign objectives
• Create engaging TikTok content that aligns with brand identity and campaign goals, using trends and platform best practices to maximize reach and engagement.
• Support in analyzing campaign performance and optimize strategies based on key metrics to improve engagement, reach, and overall effectiveness
• Select relevant blog themes and write detailed, engaging blog content aligned with brand identity and content strategy goals
• Assist in managing SEO and SEM activities to improve website visibility, drive targeted traffic, and optimize search performance in line with business goals

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an Business Administration program
• 0-1 years of experience as a Marketing Intern
• Prior internship in Marketing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of content creation and marketing principles
• Awareness of campaign development and ideation processes
• Familiarity with basic content writing and blogging practices
• Understanding of teamwork and collaborative workflows
• Creativity and ability to generate ideas
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to take initiative
• A keen eye for detail with a focus on brand consistency and content quality
• Strong team player able to collaborate
