About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead KOL acquisition and activation across MENA.
This is not a traditional account management role. The focus is on building, activating, and scaling a high-performing KOL network that directly contributes to trading volume and user activity.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify, onboard, and activate high-potential KOLs and partners across MENA markets, with a strong focus on generating trading activity
• Build and expand a scalable KOL pipeline, including:
• Own KOL performance end-to-end, including:
• Execute KOL growth strategies
• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to:
• Track and optimize KPIs
• Identify and manage risks
• Provide weekly performance insights and recommendations to improve growth and execution
Qualifications
• +2–3 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in:
• Strong understanding of the MENA market and KOL ecosystem
• Proven experience in:
• Existing network of KOLs in MENA is a strong advantage
• Fluent in English and Arabic
