About the Role

We are looking for Relationship Officer Tele sales to ensure that allocated targets are consistently met while maintaining high service standards and promoting cross-selling of products.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote banking products.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Submission of all records/documents are error free and accurate.
• Awareness of all products and provide information in an engaging manner to customers.
• Maintain effective business relationship with customers.
• Ensure proper handover in case of absence, for business continuity.
• Provide continuous market feedback on competition and suggest changes for product enhancement.
• Maximize cross sell of all banking products.
• Follow up on all customer conversions and ensure closure as per TAT to avoid any complaints.
• All leads and complaints to be closed within TAT as per SQ guidelines.
• Achieve or exceed monthly assigned sales targets.
• Follow scripts and ensure telephone etiquette as per SQ standards.
• Follow up closely on prospective leads for closure.
• Maintain Quality service by following organization standards and policies.
• Conform the requirements of RAKBANK’s Quality Management System.

What You Should Have:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Sales in UAE market will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of banking/RAKBANK retail products.
