Operational Leadership
- Provide hands-on coaching and development for store managers, fostering a positive and high-performing team culture. – Monitor and optimize store performance through comprehensive data analysis, identifying areas for improvement and implementing impactful strategies.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess compliance with brand standards, operational procedures, and safety protocols.
- Ensure consistent execution of marketing and promotional campaigns across all assigned stores.
Financial Management
- Oversee store budgets and forecasts, driving profitability and implementing cost-reduction initiatives.
- Establish and monitor inventory levels, minimizing losses and optimizing stock management.
- Analyze sales data and trends, identifying opportunities for revenue growth and menu optimization.
Customer Centricity
- Prioritize exceptional customer service across all assigned stores, ensuring guest satisfaction and brand loyalty.
