Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah for a Freight Pricing Specialist. The Freight Pricing Specialist will be responsible for analyzing pricing data, preparing competitive freight quotes, liaising with internal sales teams and customers to ensure accuracy, and monitoring market trends to inform pricing strategies. The role includes maintaining a high standard of service in client communication and supporting operational decisions to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends, pricing data, and operational costs
• Effective Communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly with internal teams and external clients
• Understanding of Finance to ensure accurate pricing aligned with operational budgets and profitability goals
• Proven Customer Service skills to maintain positive relationships and address client needs effectively
• Experience in Sales to align pricing strategies with business development efforts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools for data analysis and reporting
• Familiarity with logistics and customs processes is a strong advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
