Job Summary
We are seeking a Head of Real Estate with extensive experience in the perfume, cosmetics, or retail sectors to lead the company’s real estate and expansion strategy. Responsibilities include identifying strategic retail locations, negotiating leases, managing the real estate portfolio, and developing successful expansion plans aligned with the company’s growth objectives and brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the company’s real estate and expansion strategy in line with business growth plans.
Identify, evaluate, and secure strategic retail locations for new store openings.
Conduct market analyses and feasibility studies for expansion opportunities.
Lead negotiations with landlords, developers, and shopping centers to secure favorable lease terms.
Manage lease renewals, contracts, and property documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments, including operations, finance, design, and projects, for new store openings.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing locations and recommend relocation, closure, or expansion as needed.
Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate developers, shopping center management teams, and key stakeholders. Preparing periodic reports, budgets, and property performance analyses.
Ensuring cost optimization and maximizing return on investment for all retail locations.
Leading and developing the real estate team while ensuring the achievement of the department’s key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 8-12 years of experience in real estate and retail expansion, including leadership experience.
Proven experience in the perfume, cosmetics, fashion, or retail sectors.
Extensive knowledge of retail markets, shopping centers, and commercial leasing.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder relationship management skills.
Strong analytical and financial valuation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Fluency in English; fluency in Arabic is an asset.
