Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Learning and Development (L&D) Consultant. The L&D Consultant will design, implement, and improve learning programs utilizing modern instructional design principles and training best practices. Responsibilities include analyzing training needs, developing customized solutions, providing expert consulting to clients, and supporting the deployment and management of Upscend’s Learning Management System (LMS). This role will also require building strong communication channels with stakeholders to ensure seamless alignment with organizational learning goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Training & Development and Learning Management
• Strong expertise in Instructional Design and creating effective learning solutions
• Consulting skills with the ability to provide tailored solutions to clients
• Excellent Communication skills to engage with stakeholders and conduct effective training
• Proficiency with eLearning tools and LMS platforms
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as part of a remote team
• Experience in organizational development strategies is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or related field preferred
