Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Learning and Development (L&D) Consultant. The L&D Consultant will design, implement, and improve learning programs utilizing modern instructional design principles and training best practices. Responsibilities include analyzing training needs, developing customized solutions, providing expert consulting to clients, and supporting the deployment and management of Upscend’s Learning Management System (LMS). This role will also require building strong communication channels with stakeholders to ensure seamless alignment with organizational learning goals.
