Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced QC Painting & Coating Inspector (Aramco Approved) to ensure all coating and painting activities comply with project specifications, Aramco standards, and international codes. The role involves inspection, testing, and quality control of surface preparation and coating applications in Oil & Gas projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Inspect surface preparation (blasting, cleaning) before coating application.
• Monitor and verify painting & coating activities as per specifications.
• Conduct inspections for DFT (Dry Film Thickness), WFT, adhesion, and holiday testing.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco standards and project requirements.
• Review material certificates, paint data sheets, and procedures.
• Coordinate and witness coating-related tests and inspections.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation, reports, and inspection records.
• Identify non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

Mandatory Requirements

• Saudi Aramco Approved (Mandatory)
• CBT Passed (Mandatory)
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Aramco Oil & Gas projects
• Strong experience in painting & coating inspection
• NACE Level 1 / Level 2 (Coating Inspector) (Highly preferred / Mandatory in most cases)
• CSWIP 3.1 / AWS CWI (Certified Welding Inspector)
• ASNT Level II (UT, RT, MT, PT)
• Aramco CBT Certification (Mandatory)
