We are currently hiring an Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to join our team in Jeddah.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in front-desk operations, administrative coordination, and office support, ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations and professional communication across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage front desk and reception activities professionally
Welcome visitors, clients, and guests and direct them accordingly
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Coordinate meeting room bookings and office schedules
Maintain office files, records, and administrative documentation
Support HR and administration teams with day-to-day coordination
Prepare letters, reports, and official documents when required
Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement requests
Coordinate courier services, deliveries, and internal communications
Ensure reception and office areas are organized and presentable at all times
Support management with administrative tasks and follow-ups
