We’re Hiring: Russian Speaking Digital Marketing Outreach Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of social media content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Draft captions, content ideas, reels concepts, and social media copy.
• Conduct cold calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn outreach using approved scripts and templates.
• Coordinate with designers and internal team members to prepare, schedule, and publish content.
• Monitor social media engagement, messages, comments, and basic performance metrics.
• Support Russian-speaking communication with partners, prospects, and clients when required.
• Assist in Russian-speaking meetings through translation, meeting notes, and follow-up support.
• Research and build lead lists based on approved target segments.
• Follow up with prospects and update lead trackers regularly.
• Support client social media execution when needed, including captions, publishing, and community management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will also be considered. 
• Fluent Russian speaker.
• Good English communication skills.
• 1–3 years of experience in social media, content, marketing support, or lead generation.
• Comfortable with cold calls, emails, and professional follow ups.
• Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and short form content trends.
• Organized and able to manage calendars, trackers, and follow up lists.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
• UAE market or agency experience is mandatory.
• Arabic language is a plus.
