Senior Reservation Agent Full Time NEW

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Reservation Agent to join our growing company. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of reservation operations within holiday homes, serviced apartments, or hotel apartments, with the ability to maximize occupancy, manage guest bookings efficiently, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all reservation inquiries through phone, email, OTAs, and direct channels.
• Manage booking systems and ensure accurate reservation records.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, and operations teams to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
• Monitor room availability, rates, and occupancy to maximize revenue.
• Process modifications, cancellations, and special guest requests efficiently.
• Maintain strong relationships with online travel agencies and corporate clients.
• Prepare daily reservation reports and occupancy forecasts.
• Ensure excellent guest communication before, during, and after stay.
• Assist in resolving guest complaints related to reservations and bookings.
• Train and support junior reservation staff when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in reservations within holiday homes, hotel apartments, or hospitality sector.
• Strong knowledge of OTA platforms such as Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, and channel managers.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet occupancy targets.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
