Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Supervisor based in Hong Kong SAR. The Supervisor will lead and oversee daily operations, coordinate with team members to ensure goals are met, and ensure compliance with company policies and standards. Responsibilities include supervising team performance, assigning tasks, resolving workplace issues, and delivering regular progress reports to management. The role offers a mix of in-office work and remote work flexibility.

• Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate and guide team members
• Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and conflict resolution
• Proficiency in relevant software and technology tools to manage workflows and reporting
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address challenges and improve processes
• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
