We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Registration Officer to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing vehicle documents, coordinating with traffic units, and ensuring a smooth and efficient vehicle registration and licensing process.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and validate all required vehicle documents.
Coordinate with traffic units to verify and approve required documentation.
Schedule appointments with customers to finalize registration and licensing procedures.
Prepare and manage schedules for all pending customers and follow up on their status.
Ensure all registration procedures and documentation comply with company policies and regulations.
Maintain accurate records and proper documentation of all registration processes.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Law, or any related field.
1–3 years of experience in registration, operations, or related fields.
Previous experience in vehicle registration and licensing is a must.
Experience in consumer finance or automotive operations is preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
High attention to detail and accuracy in document handling.
