We are looking for a results-driven Digital Service Growth Manager to lead the online growth strategy for service products across digital platforms and marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute digital growth strategies for service products across e-commerce and marketplace channels
• Drive online service revenue, attach rate, and service sales contribution
• Optimize customer journey touchpoints including PDP, cart, bundles, and checkout
• Monitor digital performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements
• Lead service-related digital enhancement initiatives with E-Commerce, IT, and Marketplace teams
• Manage marketing investments and evaluate campaign ROI to maximize performance
• Provide strategic insights and performance reporting to leadership
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 5–7 years of experience in digital sales, e-commerce, or commercial growth roles
• Strong understanding of digital customer journey optimization and attach rate management
• Experience in performance marketing and ROI analysis
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
