A leading contracting company in the UAE is looking to appoint a highly experienced and result-oriented Senior HR Manager to lead and oversee the Human Resources function across its operations.
The ideal candidate must have strong experience within the contracting and construction industry, with the ability to manage large manpower structures, support operational growth, and ensure full compliance with UAE labor regulations and corporate standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the overall HR operations and strategic workforce planning for the company.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, mobilization, and manpower allocation across projects and departments.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and organizational systems.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, performance evaluations, and staff retention strategies.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law, company policies, and industry regulations.
• Oversee payroll coordination, compensation & benefits administration, and employee welfare programs.
• Coordinate with project management and department heads regarding staffing requirements and operational support.
• Monitor manpower productivity, attendance, accommodation, transportation, and workforce efficiency.
• Support organizational development initiatives and HR digital transformation.
• Maintain proper HR reporting systems, employee records, and management dashboards.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10–15 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role within contracting or construction companies in the UAE/GCC.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and construction industry practices.
• Proven experience managing large multicultural manpower structures.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with HR systems, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-performance environment.
Preferred:
• CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent HR certification.
• Previous experience with large-scale contracting groups and multiple project operations.
