- Responsibilities:

- Accurately diagnose and document customer complaints, translating technical jargon into clear, understandable language.
- Provide detailed explanations of recommended services, repairs, and associated costs, ensuring complete transparency.
- Coordinate effectively with technicians and parts departments to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Maintain impeccable communication with customers throughout the service process, providing regular updates and addressing any queries.
- Proactively identify opportunities for additional services and products, enhancing customer value and safety.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving concerns promptly and professionally, fostering long-term relationships.
- Process service orders, handle payments, and manage documentation with precision.
