Sr. CB AI Strategy Specialist Full Time NEW

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and enhancement of advanced analytics and AI use cases for Consumer Banking.
• Build AI models using scientific methodologies.
• Support in integrating AI models into various bank’s systems to reach consumers.
• Support in managing and execution of Consumer Banking Gen AI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Translate business requirements into analytical models, data logic, and technical specifications.
• Design, build, test, and validate predictive, segmentation, propensity, and optimization models.
• Perform deep-dive analysis on customer behavior, digital journeys, lending performance, and portfolio trends.
• Support the deployment of analytics models into dashboards, decision engines, and digital platforms.
• Monitor model performance, accuracy, and stability, and recommend enhancements or recalibration.
• Collaborate closely with Data Engineering, IT, and Digital teams to ensure scalable implementation.
• Ensure analytics work complies with data governance, model risk, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide insights and recommendations to Consumer Banking stakeholders using clear storytelling.
• Support the Manager in prioritizing analytics initiatives and estimating effort and impact.
• Mentor junior specialists and review analytical outputs for quality and consistency.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in AI development, data analytics, or related roles.
