We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Secretary to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting daily operations, managing communications, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments.

Work Type: Full-time – On-site
Experience: 1 – 3 years
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the manager’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
• Prepare reports, memos, and meeting minutes in both Arabic and English.
• Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
• Coordinate business travel, hotel bookings, and external meetings.
• Follow up on daily tasks to ensure seamless workflow.
• Greet visitors and provide a professional first point of contact.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Excellent command of both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
