Role Summary:
We are currently seeking an HR & Admin Executive / Officer to provide hands-on HR and administrative support for our Dubai office as Mitrade continues to expand its local presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily HR operations, employee administration, work permit and visa coordination, local compliance follow-up, vendor management, and general office administration. This role will help ensure that employee documentation, government-related employment matters, HR processes, and office support are handled in a timely, accurate, and compliant manner.
This position is suitable for a detail-oriented and service-minded HR/admin professional with good knowledge of UAE employment administration, strong follow-up discipline, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with regional and global HR teams.
