Job Title: Procurement Coordinator

Location: Ardiya, Kuwait

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to manage and support end-to-end procurement activities within our organization. The role requires a highly organized professional capable of coordinating with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.

The ideal candidate will bring strong industry experience, preferably within the construction sector, along with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Candidates who are immediately available will be given preference.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and Commerce
• Minimum 3-5 years of procurement experience, preferably within the construction industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is an advantage
• Solid understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and supply chain coordination
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
• High attention to detail with a professional and proactive approach

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support daily procurement operations in line with company policies and project requirements
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand material and service requirements and ensure timely procurement
• Source and evaluate suppliers, obtain quotations, and negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules
• Prepare and process purchase orders while ensuring accuracy and compliance with procurement procedures
• Monitor order status, track shipments, and follow up with vendors to ensure on-time delivery
• Maintain proper documentation of procurement activities, including contracts, invoices, purchase orders, and supplier records
• Assist in vendor performance evaluation and maintain strong supplier relationships
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within procurement operations
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and industry standards
• Collaborate with finance and logistics teams to ensure smooth procurement and payment processes
