Job Purpose:

Uranus Education is looking for a passionate and result-oriented Study Abroad Counselor to join our team in Jordan. The primary role is to guide students through their international education journey, from choosing the right destination to securing university admissions and visas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Student Counseling: Provide expert guidance to students and parents regarding international education opportunities and academic programs

• Application Management: Ensure the accurate preparation and timely submission of university applications to international partners.

• Pipeline Monitoring: Manage and monitor the student pipeline, ensuring consistent progress from initial inquiry to enrollment.

• Admission Coordination: Coordinate closely with admissions teams and international university partners to secure student offers.

• Visa Assistance: Guide students through the visa application process and ensure all documentation meets the requirements of the respective destinations.

• Market Engagement: Participate in promotional activities and represent Uranus Education in educational events to attract prospective students.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in study abroad counseling, international education, or a related sales/consultancy role.

• Industry Knowledge: Good knowledge of international university admissions processes and visa regulations.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.

• Camera Confidence: Must be highly comfortable and charismatic appearing on camera for promotional and educational videos.

• Problem-Solving: Ability to handle student cases efficiently and provide solutions for complex academic backgrounds.

• Team Player: Ability to work within a dynamic team and contribute to achieving recruitment targets.
