Freelance Trainer for Health & Safety Trainer (Dubai) Full Time NEW

We are currently seeking dynamic and experienced freelance trainers to lead our In-Person Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) Training programs in Dubai. The assignment involves delivering 2-3 hour training sessions focused on workplace health, safety, compliance, and organizational policies to employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and impactful in-person Occupational Health & Safety training sessions for employees.
• Deliver training on workplace safety practices, health and safety regulations, compliance requirements, and company policies.
• Utilize provided training materials, presentation aids, activities, and facilitator guides to ensure effective delivery of content.
• Adapt training methods to suit different audience groups and ensure understanding and participation.
• Encourage safe workplace behaviors and practical application of safety procedures.
• Use technology platforms for content access, attendance tracking, assessments, and reporting.

Requirements:

• Willingness to travel as required.
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2–3 years of experience as a trainer or teacher.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Technologically savvy and comfortable using technology platforms.
• Passion for training and empowering individuals.
• Experience in conducting in-person training sessions and engaging with diverse audiences.
• Experience in Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), Environment Health & Safety (EHS), workplace compliance, or industrial safety training is preferred.
• Candidates with Occupational Health & Safety certifications or relevant safety qualifications will be preferred.
