Idrisi Ventures is an emerging venture capital firm investing in early-growth technology companies from the MENA region with the potential to scale regionally and globally.

We focus on post-revenue, asset-light businesses where we can add meaningful value beyond capital, particularly through strategy, governance, business development, regional expansion, and access to the Saudi and GCC markets.

As we continue to build the firm and prepare for future funds, we are looking to add a senior investment professional who can become a long-term contributor to the platform and potentially grow into a General Partner role in the next fund.

What You’ll Do

• Source and evaluate investment opportunities across Saudi Arabia, the GCC, and the broader MENA region.
• Lead investment analysis, due diligence, financial review, valuation assessment, and investment memo preparation.
• Support deal execution, including structuring, term sheet negotiation, governance rights, shareholder agreements, and closing processes.
• Work closely with portfolio companies on strategy, fundraising, governance, reporting, business development, and regional expansion.
• Build relationships with founders, co-investors, family offices, institutional investors, advisers, and ecosystem partners.
• Support Idrisi Ventures’ fundraising, LP relations, investor materials, and institutional positioning.
• Contribute to building Idrisi Ventures as a disciplined, long-term venture capital platform.

What We’re Looking For

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in venture capital, growth equity, investment banking, corporate finance, transaction advisory, or technology investing.
• Fluent Arabic speaker.
• Strong professional English communication skills.
• Based in Saudi Arabia, preferably Riyadh.
• Demonstrable experience sourcing, evaluating, executing, and supporting investment transactions.
• Strong financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, and investment memo skills.
• Good understanding of technology companies, startups, venture capital, and growth-stage investing.
• Strong relationship-building skills with founders, investors, executives, and ecosystem stakeholders.
• High integrity, discretion, ownership, and professional maturity.
• Strong expertise in investment analysis, financial modeling, and due diligence
• Profound understanding of startup ecosystems and technology trends, particularly in the MENA region
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Willingness to adapt to a hybrid working environment

Progression toward a future General Partner role will depend on demonstrated investment judgment, deal execution, portfolio contribution, trust, cultural fit, and ability to contribute to institutional fundraising.
