What You Will Be Doing
Ensure that ‘Operational Excellence’ as well as the transformation of the branch into a ‘Customer-Focused Organization’ deliver the expected outcomes on water production and distribution management in Jeddah Branch.
- Responsible at branch level for the development and implementation of a comprehensive Water Operations & Maintenance Plan and related Enabling Projects.
- Supervise the water O&M of the related branch, including water O&M subcontractors.
Ensure a smooth transition in the beginning of the contract in his/her areas of responsibility.
- Ensure monthly and annual reports of performance in the related branch against Agreement KPIs, ECRA KPIs and NWC performance indicators.
- Responsible for water wells, network, reservoirs, filling stations and pumping stations following all required standards.
- Responsible for the implementation and assessment of non-revenue water projects, including leak detection, pressure management and DMA/DMZ.
- In charge of planning the water activities, such as water inlet, reservoir volumes, subcontractors, and others.
- Responsible of crisis management and contingency plans.
- Responsible for the continuity of water distribution, supervise and facilitate the definition of actions to be done for optimized capacity utilization in the related branch. Coordinate and supervise the Business continuity plan at branch level.
- Distribute tasks among branch water O&M teams and supervision of works implementation.
- Define and implement water O&M annual budget at branch level.
- Ensure good collaboration and interaction with NWC entities and local authorities at branch level.
- Support the definition on H&S procedures and action plan and ensure they are implemented at branch level.
- Lead the implementation of new management processes and tools at branch level.
Who We Are Looking For
B.Sc. Engineering Degree
Senior Expert with 10 years of experience in the water sector and at least 5 years of experience in O&M and overseas experience.
Excellent knowledge of SUEZ Experts worldwide
Strong communication skills in English and in Arabic
Strong leadership and experience leading teams.
Management experience related to this position: 5 years
