JASARA PMC offers a Student Co-op Training program designed to provide hands-on experience and practical exposure to students pursuing degrees related to our industry. This program aims to develop young talents by involving them in real projects and allowing them to apply their academic knowledge in a professional environment. As a Student Co-op trainee, you will work closely with experienced professionals and gain valuable insights into project management, engineering practices, and company operations.
Responsibilities
Assist project teams with daily tasks and project-related activities
Support various departments by conducting research, collecting data, and preparing reports
Participate in meetings and training sessions to enhance technical and professional skills
Collaborate with team members on assigned projects under supervision
Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve work processes and outputs
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Requirements
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program related to Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, IT, Accounting or other relevant fields
Must be in the final stages of graduation
Students should have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.50 out of 4 or 3.75 out of 5
Strong interest in gaining practical experience in the industry
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
Basic knowledge of MS Office applications
Eagerness to learn and take initiative in assigned tasks
Commitment to professionalism and safety in the workplace
