Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Shuwaikh for a Sales Invoices Maker. The primary responsibilities include preparing and processing sales invoices accurately and efficiently, verifying customer details and pricing, and maintaining precise records of all sales transactions. The role also involves collaborating with the sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations and addressing any discrepancies promptly. The ideal candidate will contribute to maintaining organized systems and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service.
• Excellent understanding of Sales processes and Sales Management.
• Experience in Training and mentoring staff on invoicing policies and practices.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in managing sales invoices and records.
• Proficiency in using accounting or invoicing software is an advantage.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Previous experience in the construction materials or trading industry is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Arabic is beneficial.
