Job Description
• Follow up the periodic maintenance schedule for the fleet and supervise the implementation of the maintenance plan ..
• Supervising maintenance in service centers on a daily basis and ensuring the implementation of the maintenance plan.
• work planning and task distribution amon technicions, managing and following up on work orders .
• Monitoring and controlling the maintenance budget .
• Technical supervision of the purchase of spare parts to reach the highest quality and lowest cost .
• Analyzing the repair expenses of trucks and finding the necessary solutions to reduce costs .
• Follow up on price offers in service centers for trucks, trailers and refrigeration units .
• Participate in the annual technical evaluation of drivers and technicians .
• Follow-up insurance procedures in case of accidents, follow-up repairs, and ensure the technical condition .
• Submitting technical reports to the maintenance manager on a regular basis.
Job Requirements
Education
Bachelor degree of Engineering (Mechanical – Electrical)
Skills
• strong leadership, communication, and problem – solving skills with the ability work under pressure, mange time effectively, and lead a team toward achieving maintenance goals
Previous experience
3-5 years in maintenance of heavy trucks (Marcedes – MAN)
