WE’RE HIRING – SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE
A Training Center in Doha is urgently looking for a proactive, confident, and results-driven individual who can help grow our training center through effective marketing, lead generation, and sales conversion.
We are NOT looking for someone who waits for instructions all day.
We need someone resourceful, with strong communication skills, common sense, initiative, and a genuine “go-getter” attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and market our training courses
Generate leads and convert inquiries into enrollments
Build partnerships and expand networks
Conduct follow-ups with potential clients
Assist with basic administrative tasks and office coordination
Support social media marketing and flyer distribution
Help improve visibility and enrollment growth
Ideal Candidate should have:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and proactive
Can work with minimal supervision
Creative in finding ways to attract clients
Organized and professional
Sales and marketing previous experience in a training center is preferable and is an advantage.
Wide network is a plus
We offer: Basic salary PLUS commission and incentives based on actual sales conversion
