Job Description
Supervise daily kitchen operations and food preparation activities
Ensure food is prepared and served as per company standards and menu requirements
Monitor kitchen staff performance and allocate duties effectively
Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards at all times
Ensure proper storage and handling of food items
Monitor food quality, portion control, and wastage management
Coordinate with store and procurement teams for material requirements
Ensure kitchen equipment is properly maintained and utilized safely
Support chefs and management during audits and inspections
Maintain records related to temperature logs, cleaning schedules, and production reports
