Senior Marketing Executive Full Time NEW

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for a proactive marketing professional with a strong understanding of brand management, campaign execution, and digital engagement. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing initiatives, ensuring brand consistency, and delivering impactful customer experiences across all touchpoints. This position requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate across departments and translate marketing goals into actionable campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Job Purpose, Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordinate with central marketing operations (creative, digital, social, events, PR, media buying, CI).
• Oversee social media planning and community management in alignment with sales, service, and call center teams.
• Assist in developing and managing marketing budgets for assigned brands.
• Support performance marketing efforts, ensuring integration with CRM platforms for campaign measurement (CPL/ROI).
• Research and implement best marketing practices from OEM partners and global markets.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
• Assist the Marketing Manager in executing marketing initiatives in compliance with Principal and regional standards.
• Ensure adherence to brand corporate identity (CI) and visual guidelines (VI).
• Work closely with CRM teams to track campaign performance and optimize results.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
• Utilize demographic and psychographic data for targeted campaigns.
• Enhance customer experience across all brand touchpoints (digital and physical).
• Manage documentation for marketing activities including permits and vehicle prep.
• Uphold branding standards through signage and showroom audits.
• Maintain organized records, including meeting minutes and marketing archives.
• Define clear roles, tasks, and deliverables across the marketing team.
• Take ownership of individual and team responsibilities to ensure timely project execution.
• Adhere to and promote the company’s Environment, Health, Safety, and Quality policies.
• Contribute to building a culture of safety and responsibility.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 4 – 6 years of experience in a relevant marketing role.
