Responsibilities:
- Review and verify daily, weekly, and monthly timesheets for all operational employees.
- Ensure attendance records, overtime, absences, leaves, and shift schedules are accurately recorded.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and operations teams to collect and validate timesheet data.
- Prepare and submit approved timesheet reports for payroll processing.
- Monitor employee attendance patterns and report irregularities to management.
- Follow up with clients or supervisors regarding approvals and outstanding timesheet confirmations when required.
- Follow up with clients regarding outstanding invoices and pending payments.
- Coordinate with the finance and operations departments to ensure invoices are issued accurately and on time.
- Verify supporting documents such as timesheets, service reports, and approvals before invoice submission.
- Send payment reminders and official collection communications to clients professionally.
- Coordinate with clients to resolve billing disputes and payment delays.
- Maintain positive professional relationships with clients while ensuring effective collection follow-up.
