Contracts Director | Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are currently supporting a major construction programme in Riyadh in the search for an experienced Contracts Director to join the delivery partner team on a high-profile project.

The role will be responsible for overseeing contract administration activities across the programme, including variations, claims management, contractual compliance and commercial risk mitigation. The successful candidate will also advise the client and wider project leadership team on contractual matters, dispute avoidance and project-related commercial issues.

Key requirements:

• Strong experience in contract administration on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects

• Proven background managing variations, claims and contractual correspondence

• Ability to advise senior stakeholders and clients on contractual and commercial matters

• Engineering background preferred

• Previous experience working for main contractors or project management organisations essential

• Saudi project experience preferred

• Saudi Council of Engineers accreditation is highly desirable
