About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Online Sales & Customer Support Assistant to join our team. This role is key in managing all incoming client communication across our digital platforms while supporting the showroom team when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to all client inquiries across WhatsApp, social media, and website channels
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients professionally
- Guide customers through products, availability, and orders
- Support online sales by ensuring smooth and accurate communication
- Assist with in-showroom tasks such as printing and organizing price tags
- Ensure all displayed information is accurate and properly placed
- Support the sales team on the floor during busy hours
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic, English, and French
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple conversations without missing inquiries
- Energetic, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced showroom environment
