Role Description
This is a temporary, remote role for a Real Estate Broker. In this position, you will assist clients with property transactions, liaise with buyers and sellers, conduct property evaluations, and negotiate sales deals. You will also provide exceptional customer service, maintain updated market knowledge, and promote real estate listings effectively while addressing client inquiries and requirements. This role is ideal for individuals who are skilled at bridging the gap between real estate opportunities and client needs.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Brokerage and Real Estate transactions
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Sales practices
- Solid understanding of Real Property regulations and market trends
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of virtual real estate tools and platforms
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Prior experience in real estate within the UAE is a plus
- Valid real estate broker license (as required by local laws and regulations)
