About The Role
We are a fast-growing scale-up evolving into a globally operating, enterprise-grade organization. As part of this transition, we are seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer who can help us design, implement, and scale security and operational foundations that will support the business for years to come.This is a senior, hands-on role with broad scope and high ownership. You will operate in an environment where not everything is fully defined yet – but where the expectation is to bring clarity, structure, and durable solutions rather than wait for direction.We are looking for someone with an architect mindset: a professional who thinks in systems, values correctness and consistency, and is deeply committed to long-term improvements. This is not a role for someone who optimizes for speed at the expense of quality.
