Role: Field Sales Representative (SaaS)

Role Overview:
We are a growing technology platform (SaaS) looking for a high-performing Field Sales Representative to drive business growth in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, conducting face-to-face meetings, and securing new contracts. This is a field-based role that requires a proactive professional with a strong network in the local market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct a minimum of 5 field visits per day to prospective companies to present our platform solutions.
* Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing.
* Daily Reporting: Submit a detailed daily activity report including company name, contact person, meeting outcomes, and next steps.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and business owners.
* Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales (experience in SaaS or technology sectors is highly preferred).
* Proven track record of building and leveraging a professional network in Riyadh.
* Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
* Strong communication skills with a professional appearance.
* High level of discipline in documentation and reporting.
