• Improving performance and service quality

• Managing customer service and client satisfaction

• Monitoring attendance, schedules, and team performance

• Solving operational issues quickly and professionally

Requirements:

• Previous experience in cleaning or facility management companies

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to manage teams and operations efficiently

• Good problem-solving and organizational skills

• UAE experience is preferred
