HR Specialist – Austrian Institute Egypt
We are the Austrian Institute Egypt, a leading German language institute with multiple branches across Cairo and Alexandria, supported by a growing online platform. Our team consists of 70+ teachers and 20+ operational and sales professionals, and we are continuously expanding.
To support our growth, we are looking for a dynamic and structured HR Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, contracts, offboarding)
- Coordinate recruitment processes for teaching and operational roles
- Support performance management and employee evaluations
- Ensure proper HR documentation and compliance with local regulations
- Handle attendance, payroll coordination, and HR records
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters
- Support organizational development and internal processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in HR or a similar role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in recruitment and employee relations
- Fluency in English (German is a strong advantage)
