Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Baghdad for an Automotive Retail Sales Consultant at Geely Iraq’s dealership. The consultant will assist customers in identifying and purchasing vehicles that meet their needs, provide product demonstrations, and guide customers through the sales process. Key tasks include maintaining a high level of customer engagement, ensuring customer satisfaction, and hitting sales targets. The consultant will also participate in sales events, product training, and maintain a strong understanding of Geely’s automotive lineup.

Qualifications

• Sales Consulting and Retail Sales experience with a proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Expertise in delivering exceptional Customer Experience and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Strong Customer Service skills focused on building relationships and addressing client needs
• Ability to communicate effectively, present solutions clearly, and negotiate skillfully
• Enthusiasm for the automotive industry and a willingness to stay updated on product knowledge
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual proficiency, with Arabic fluency required; English proficiency is a plus
• Previous automotive sales experience is a strong advantage
